As Matt has already indicated, more info should be provided.
However, if you have tens or hundreds of devices ALL experiencing the same problem suddenly, the primary culprits wll be your firewall configurations or certificate(s) (e.g. MobiControl root or deployment server certificate, SSL certificate or APNS certificate for Apple devices, etc.).
