Good day all
For some reason I am able to view certain devices especially the branches with 20 devices and less in a group. However when trying to view devices from groups with more than 30 devices I am getting an error message 'the server could not complete your request' - an internal error occurred. It suddenly happened from yesterday.

Thank you for posting the question.
I would recommend you to reboot the server. This might occur due to unstable synchronization with the server. Rebooting the server usually solves the issue.
You might also be seeing this error due to large log files on the server. If you are facing "Low Disk" or "High CPU" that might need to get fixed in order to the primary error.
Note: If you are a cloud customer, Please create a support ticket to reboot the server and help with further troubleshooting if required.
