We are trying to add a custom app to the home screen and it throws an extremely generic error. We checked the other apps and there isn't a difference from what we can see. We also tried recreating the lockdown screen and it still is throwing the same error. Does anyone else have any ideas?
What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?
It's likely a UI related problem in your MobiControl server or runtime library installed. If confirmed, you might need to have the problematic component(s) upgraded.

This error generally appears when there is a blank space at the beginning or end of the application bundle ID. Please check the bundle ID to make sure this is not the case.
