Hello All,

I was wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot this issue I am having. I have two different profiles with I use for our fleet services that has a lockdown screen. Where it keeps the notification bar and sometimes it takes it away. It's not consistent. We usually have different templates for different devices but the code is the same and we never have issues with it.

Which lockdown mode do you use? Native?

If yes, check if "Full device Lockdown" is disabled.

We use android classic profiles. There option isn't there. We just activity suppression with "Samsung Package Disabling" enabled. All status bar options are disabled. This seems to a common theme with Android 11 because I had an upgraded samsung A10e to android 11 and when I put it in the same group as A12e's (comes with android 11 out of the box), the notification bar goes away as well. The only active fix has been restarting it the device, it will kick the bar back in but its not consistent.

Maybe someone can correct me but i have in mind that you have to use Android Enterprise since Android 8 and later. and the A12 should have 10 and later.

I believe using Android-Enterprise is nearly a must, or highly recommended, for Android 11.

Another problem with Samsung A12e maybe is the Samsung libraries bundled in the device firmware.  I believe the full-blown KNOX libraries are not included in this low-end Samsung device model, which means  that some advanced functions supported on classic Samsung ELM Android+ device agent cannot function properly all the time.
