Go to device group - advanced configuration - update schedule 

Select Override option - set run task every to 1 minute (minimum)

Though changing the schedule update setting to one minute can potentially give you very timely battery level information,  doing so will have many negative side-effects, namely

- high network and cpu loading for the MobiControl deployment server, especially when there are large number of devices to be managed.

- shortened battery life on your device because it has to send information back to the server all the time, and hence cannot go to any low power mode

If you just need to monitor the battery info for battery health or other maintenance related work,  consider using a data-collection rule to collect battery level every 5 or 10 minutes.   The collected data can be temporarily stored in a buffer on the device, and will be sent back to the server in batch at a much larger time interval.
