Hello,
We notice a decrease in the battery life of our MC3300 (Oreo) and MC33X (Android10) when we use SOTI Surf.
The standby time of the terminals is set to 30min.
My customer tells me that the batteries have a life of less than 4 hours.
Have you ever noticed a similar problem?

Using Soti Surf should use the same battery as any other browser.
However, Xsight could be used to track battery life.

did you had checked the Relase Notes if there is a Bug in the Used Firmware ?
May there is a fix available and you an Update to a newer BSP Version.
