Hi, Can soti mobicontrol set deny read or write files in modern windows?
I dont maintain Windows via Soti but as you can send (Powershell) scripts to the devices and with the latest version(s) (2024.?.?; i checked on 2024.1.0) also via Task scheduler profile, I'm pretty sure you are able to.
So, from my opinion you just need to get a PS running and then provide it to the relevant machines via Soti.
Can you help with an example of a Powershell script for this case? because we have clients who want this feature
I'm not very confident with powershell but try a websearch for "powershell change folder permissions" this should give you some hints how to acchieve that.
