MobiControl has been supporting the

    afw_set_permission_grant_state

script command to grant app permissions for Android Enterprise device for a couple of years.   Unfortunately, my tests on different device models and firmware versions showed that it is not working for many cases, possibly because Google App permission models have been continuously evolving in the last few years for each major Android firmware version.
