It depends on your device brands/models and firmware versions.  Different OEM manufacturer might provide its own solution. 

For example, if your devices are from Samsung running Android 13 (Knox 3.9) or higher  enrolled in AE work-managed mode,  you should be able to use "Permission Control" feature of the free Samsung Knox Service Plugin v24.03+ app to grant "Alarm & Reminders" special permissions for your selected app(s).
