Installed v14.3.0 and enrolled my Android Enterprise device. Device is connected but not visible in the console at all. I checked there are no search filter’s set. Funny side is that I can see the device in profile assignment and even license dialog is showing a license is consumed. Any ideas?

Try to perform a manual Search Sync from Global Settings.

Hello Thomas,

On the device agent, does it says enrolled and connected?

Also on the MobiControl database are you able to see that device? If yes please check if the Search sync interval under global is 100% or not.

On the MobiControl database under dbo.devinfo table if you are able to see that device name and the mode is 0 then the device is successfully enrolled and is active so if you see that then restart the SOTI services and make sure that the Search sync interval is 100% and you should be able to see the device.
