I would like to ask what SOTI agent I should use for TC51 Nougat (GMS). ZebraMobiControl1333_1034.apk or GoogleMobiControl1350_1005.apk?
I want to enroll the device in Device Owner mode (managed device).

Pretty unfortunate that MobiControl stage is being stripped out of the N BSPs. I have N TC51s, VC80x's, MC3300s, and TC70xs enrolled in my environment and have had mixed success so far. The GMS builds enrolled as AFW/ Android Enterprise when I used the afw#mobicontrol enrollment hashtag during the Google setup wizard. While convenient, I won't be using that process moving forward as I deal with more COSU environment than BYOD/COPE.
The Non-GMS devices enrolled in the Device Admin mode after I downloaded the APK through the MobiControl hosted enrollment URL. While the devices enrolled successfully, I've been having a lot of trouble with Assigning Profiles to the N devices as they show as having Pending updates and yet nothing is ever applied.
In terms of which APK, I'm fairly certain you'd want the ZebraMobiControl... option given that my Device Owner mode devices have net.soti.mobicontrol.motorola (assuming that package name matches that APK)
Thank you! I have tried both modes (DA and DO) on TC51 Nougat (GMS) and I have issues installing application/profile (any .apk) when the device is in DA mode (using ZebraMobicontrol.....). I dont have such issue when using DO mode (GoogleMobicontrol....) and when I create profile for Android for Work.
I'm having the exact same issues with DA mode and applying APK containing profiles to a Nougat TC51 and TC70x. The profiles show as pending Install but then nothing ever happens.
Its working fine with SOTI server 13.4.0.4339 (January 12, 2018) and SOTI agent ZebraMobiControl1350_1088.
