In our company we have mobile phones enrolled as Managed Devices.
We want to make backup copies of the devices. For this process, we use Smart Switch. But it is not possible, Smart Switch indicates that the device does not accept the file transfer.
Through the windows file explorer I can, and in the control of features, I have the USB transfer options enabled.
Anyone use any program to make a copy of Device to PC?
