My team and I recently upgraded a bunch of Samsung S8 phones to S9. The S8's were using the ELM Mobicontrol. S9's are Android Enterprise (and enrolled in KNOX).
My issue is moving users data over to the new devices. Smart Switch comes up with issues when connecting the phones via USB. I receive "Connected device does not support transfer of content" when using Smart Switch PC. I've enabled USB debugging on the S9's, but still having this issue.
Anyone else have any experience with this?

Which version of MobiControl are you in?
Do you have any specific feature controls on your old phones that are blocking the Smart switch to move data?
Mobicontrol Version: 14.4.2.1307
Agent Version: 14.1.4.1010
I've checked and no feature controls are enabled that disable USB (Disable USB File Transfer and USB Storage). In my experience I should be able to connect the phone via USB to a PC.
Without Mobicontrol/KNOX enrollment, out of the box Galaxy S9 and S8 phones work correctly with Smart Switch on PC.

Create a profile by un-checking USB transfer (as it is checked by default) and try to push this on devices
