Hi,
We are experiencing problems adding Managed Google accounts to our tablets, this issue started occurring last week and there have been no changes to the build.
This is what is happening:-
- Run any Google app (Gmail etc).
- Select the Add an email address option.
- Select Google and login using the managed Google account details.
- Agree to T&Cs
- "Checking Info" screen comes up and then exits back to the "Mobicontrol" app screen. At this point it should automatically start the "Google Device Policy" app so that the Google policy can be accepted and activated.
Workaround: run Device policy manually after trying to add the account. This is a problem for some of our Kiosk build which done have access to the Device Policy app directly.
