To enter Admin Mode when your Windows device is in Lockdown, you have the following two options:

1. Using MobiControl Agent:
• Locate the MobiControl Agent icon in the left corner of the screen.
• Click on it and select Administrator Mode.
  
  
• Enter your admin credentials to gain access.
• 
2. Using the Lockdown Profile Template:
• If a lockdown profile has been assigned, ensure that the Admin Template is included.
• This will automatically add a "Disable Lockdown" script to the lockdown interface.
• Clicking on the "Disable Lockdown" icon will restart the server and switch it to Administrator Mode.
