give us more information , which plateform version do you use ?

which device are you trying to assign ?

Is it work on other device ?

Is it a new problem  or you have this since the begining ?

If it's a new profile be warning when you create with a version >= 14.x

Select the correct plateform -> android +  / android entreprise you want to target !

I've used many years the mobicontrol on version v13 3 34 49 and now i have a version 14.

When i create a new profile for android +, the page for the new profile display a new drop down list with a default value -> android entreprise !

Also inside the console, go to the log file DSE (deployment server extension) and see inside this log ..

i use it for many years from the version 13.x

now i use version 15.x

android plus.

the profiles  use now are for android enterprise. before it woks fine till last year i got the issue. so i want to edit some groups. let us say when i want to assign the 1/2 of devices of a group to a profile and the rest of the group to a second one, i can't do it now because i got the error. before i had no problems with this.

What are the version and build numbers of your server?  Is it a cloud instance or an on-premises server?  Has been been any MobiControl server or other upgrade(s) recently?

Does this happen only for one specific profile?  Do you have the same problem for more than one profile?  Have you tried creating a new profile and have it deployed sucessfully to a target test device?

Have you set server log-levels to verbose, and looked into the various server log files for suspected entries related to the so-called unknown error?

Hello, today I got same error.

I have a server that works well in last year and today I can't assign new or existing profiles.

My MobiControl version is 15.5.

Any idea how to solve this?

I already try to restart server.
