Upgraded from 12.4 to 14.2, need to restart Deployment Service daily

Hi,

We've recently updated our Mobicontrol Deployment Server from version 12.4 to 14.2.  Ever since the upgrade we run into issues where revoking or assigning a profile to our devices is stuck on "pending removal/installation".

The only way to get our devices to install the profile is by restarting the Deployment Service through the MobinControl Administration Utility.

This happens almost daily.  We've even had to do it twice in one day on some occasions.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Our devices are Symbol TC70 scanners running Android (versions vary from 4.4.2 to 6.0.1, this makes no difference).

What was the build number of your v12.4 server before the upgrade?  And the build number of your v14.2 server after the upgrade?   Did you upgrade in step(s) to any intermediate version(s) in-between your starting and ending points?  

How many devices are  enrolled on your system?  Are there any pattern(s) (e.g. particular platform, device brand/mode, firmware versions) of the devices to which the problematic profile get stuck? 

Did you do the upgrade yourself? Or was it done by Soti professional service team or other party?  Was there any change  made in your network and/or firewall?  What is the version of your host operating system on which MobiControl v14.2 is running?   What about the MS-SQL version & edition before and after the upgrade?
