Hello team,

Recently Chine client has been reported after they enrolled some MC3300x NonGMS Android 10 device the network SSID showing unknow(Column), Network BSSID(In device details).

I got this article from the SOTI:

But this wasn't helpful as Devices are NonGMS.

But the earlier devices were showing the Network SSID and the difference in the new Devices are OEM version is lates

For problem like this found after upgrading the firmware,  you likely should open support case with the OEM device vendor (Zebra in your case) to find any fix.

Hey D Malipatil,

Thanks for posting on SOTI pulse. Thanks Raymond for responding to the post, your expertise and willingness to help are greatly appreciated!

Thank you for sharing the details regarding the issue with the MC3300x NonGMS Android 10 devices. It seems like the devices are encountering difficulties in reporting the Network SSID and BSSID, particularly after the updates to the OEM version and MC Agent.

Given that the issue arises with the newer devices and considering the variations in the OEM version, it's possible that the updates have affected the way network information is reported.

As suggested please do contact support as it requires more troubleshooting and investigation. Feel free to reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist you on this as collecting detailed logs for your specific setup could yield additional insights.
