I want to configure chrome with a configuration URI.

If you use the application catalog, you have the ability to enter a configuration URI. Does anybody has a sample of the syntax of this URI file?
We want to start Chrome in incognito mode.

We enrolled our devices as Android plus devices, so we can't use a managed application.
