    reCAPTCHA not working in Chrome/Edge - Samsung S10 FE

    Good Morning, I have new devices being deployed and one of our sales sites uses a reCAPTCHA. We have tried Edge/Chrome. Both in mobile and in Desktop mode.  The site works on a PC just fine. I have checked everything in the browser config in the groups and I find nothing that would block this. The photos come up ( those really annoying ones of find all the crosswalks )  OS is updated - Chrome is updated.  Manufacturer samsung -- Model  SM-X528U --  Agent Version  2025.2.0.1005  MC Version: 15.5.0.1021   I have cleared the data on the browsers and such. Wiped device, reenrolled, moved to a different group.   Thoughts?   Thanks   Jason

    Chrome settings

    Hello all!I have a question regarding settings in Chrome browser when using it via SOTI and managed play apps.I have tried to edit my settings via Apps policies and Browsers in the Profile, what i need is to get the "translate" suggestion removed. The settings that i have tried is the "Enforce Translate Mode" and also the settings "Enable Translate"Both of these settings are turned off and i have tried to turn them on but no changes in the Chrome browser.Any ideas on how to remove this? Would the easiest to just have the default language set to English?The default language is set to Swedish on the device, its a Honeywell CT65 running Android 11.

    Lockdown template to launch URL in chrome Solved

    Hi, I want to make a link in the template to allow user to go back to the website (internal) if they use the back button. Chrome is open at the startup and it is working fine (webpage defined as homepage) but when I set a template with a simple link, it open in the internal browser and the page is not working (I think it use Surf). I want that link to open Chrome or switch back to it to allow the webpage to work. I tried the Intend, browsers and other possibilities but those are only for the Custome home page and the link is not working. Enable Single App Mode get me a black screen instead of Chrome. So how to set a Template to open a web page in Chrome and not in Surf? Or how to prevent user to use the back button and be stuck on the template page? Regards, Michel Leclerc

    Chrome - Term of Use - Automatic acceptation

    Hi the SOTI community,  We are using profile with Kiosk mode. Recently, I've created Web Application from the Managed Google Play Store. It works well on my test mobile. But I'm now block when I want to deploy those applications in Kiosk mode on new devices as the web application use Google Chrome, and it doesn't want to open until we accept the term of use which are not displayed in Kiosk mode. As I have 500 devices to deploy, I'd like to avoid to do it manually. Is there a script to automatically accept the Chrome term of use? Device : Crosscall Core X5 Thank you in advance

    web clip for outlook web access. Shows status/address bar.

    Hi, We are deploying outlook web-clip to both Samsung and HUAWEI devices. We are seeing a strange feature on otherwise identical devices, where a status-bar or tab is shown on one samsung device and not another. We are not seeing this behavieour on any Huawei devices. We have tested both independent and full-screen web-clips. Same thing.  Our only current suspicion is the chrome version, which is not 100% consistent. But since the Huawei devices are displaying outlook webinterface correctly regardless of version, it seems unlikely. It is the top-bar highlighted in red. Any ideas what is causing this to be displayed?

    Chrome Custom Tabs

    Is there a way that we can get an option for Chrome Custom Tabs on the roadmap for Mobicontrol Lock screens?  I know that I can add a url in google managed play store but it would be nice to be able to launch a url in full screen using Chrome and not webview.  I know it can be done in Surf however we have several websites that will not run in Surf.  I also know about http:// and https://, however those run full screen in webview not a chrome custom tab.  It would be nice to have an option for full screen url in a chrome custom tab instead of webview.  Plus with webview I cannot run a command to wipe the data in webview while I can in chrome.

    Web Filtering not working on google Chrome version 101, is it no longer supported?

    I am using the web filter to block websites on chrome. It is working fine on version 99 and 100. 101 was released today and one of my test devices updated to 101 and the web filtering seems to be allowing everything through. Will web filtering still be supported?

    Is there a way to set a homepage for Google Chrome using web filtering or similar configuration?

    I am using a web filter to filter out certain websites on chrome for our enterprise managed devices. Is there a way to set a home page so when the user opens up chrome it always redirects them to the same website we want to set as our home page? currently I am able to block and allow the websites but need a way to set the homepage rather than having it to do it manually in chrome for each device

    Here is a policy to lock a device on Chrome and restrict Chrome, what is the best way to make this work on an enrolled device? Solved

    Good Morning, I was wondering what the best way to get the following policy to work with SOTI and our devices. The policy's goal is to restrict Chrome and whitelist one of our companies approved sites. Below is a current example:  {"applications": [{"packageName": "com.android.chrome","installType": "FORCE_INSTALLED","managed_configuration": {"URLBlacklist": ["*"],"URLWhitelist": ["test.webapps.jacam.com"]},"lockTaskAllowed": true,"defaultPermissionPolicy": "GRANT"}],"persistentPreferredActivities": [{"receiverActivity": "com.android.chrome","actions": ["android.intent.action.MAIN"],"categories": ["android.intent.category.HOME","android.intent.category.DEFAULT"]}],"statusBarDisabled": true}
