I would like to take report from Device Information, but it seems the result is not update, for example there is one device that i already un-enroll from the system, but still come out in the report. How to make sure that i can create report from the actual enrolled device?

i already delete the device, but my point is, i want to generate information from the actual devices that enrolled.
Any specific things that i need to check to make sure that happen? if, for examplae, 3 devices (A, B, C) enrolled, i want Device Information Report from those A B C, because the generated report is used for update us about which and how many devices that enroll to the MC currently.
Devices that have been un-enrolled while it's offline, or not deleted from the server side via Web Console or REST api, will still consume device license and consider to be on the system and thus included in some reports.
If you are using MobiControl v14+, one possible approach is to use the advanced serach filter(s) in device view to select devices of interest, and then use the CSV export mechanism to generate custom report that suits your need. The CSV file can subsequently be imported to MS Excel or other tools for generation of any report you like.
