I would like to take report from Device Information, but it seems the result is not up to date, for example there is one device that i already un-enroll from the system, but still come out in the report. How to make sure that i can create report from the actual enrolled device?

If you really don't need that unenrolled device for good, and need not see any log or previous information related to that device before it's unenrolled, then you can perform a "delete" action after clicking the device icon in your web-console.  Then, you can free up one device licence from your server and will not have the device in any device-information report

On v14.x+ Mobicontrol server, if one choose to alternatively generate a customized report in CSV format (exported from the device view rather than generation of normal Excel/pdf report from the REPORTS tab), then one can just add filter item(s) in advanced search to exclude "unenrolled' devices.

Thanks MR. Raymond for answering, fact is i already delete the device from the web console, and to make sure, i check the number of licenses consumed, and it's match with the number of devices that currently enroll.

i still confuse why the already deleted device still come out at the report.. it's really annoying cause the report feature should make life easier, but fact is, it's become complicated.

Anyway my MC version is 15.0.1.1181, and i can't find the export feature in Device View as you suggested.

In your case, there are properly bugs in the software that cause some corrupted/stray data to remain the the database.  You might consider contacting Soti support and ask them how to clean up the stray data related to the deleted device in your database, so that new reports generated will not erroneously include such device.

While you do not have the above fix done, you can use the CSV export approach to generate reasonably useful reports customized to your needs.  A screenshot of the  MobiControl v14.4.5  CSV export, initiated with the circular button to the right of the "Column Views" select, is shown below:

To customize your report, you can customize what data fields to include from the "column view" settings, and use suitable criteria in the advanced device search filter at the top to define what devices you want to be included in your CSV format report.
