Hello Guys,
I have another question for you out there.
I need to configure the APN settings for Samsung Tab Active 3 devices.
As I saw it correctly in the logs it seems to be not possible over the profile.
This message appears: "Feature is not supported (APN)".
Is there another method to configure the APN?
I have to do this for more then 500 devices.
Use the Samsung OEM Config App "Knox Service Plugin" or if you are already on Mobicontrol 15.6.1, then you can use the profile "OEM Config: Samsung" directly.
Hi Rafael, thanks for your answer. Unfortunately nothing happens on my device when I use the Knox Service Plugin. I am on 15.6.0

As you can see in version 15.6.0 it's already possible to use the profile but nothing happens on the device. Same for the managed playstore config.
Then you should reach out to Samsung and/or Soti.
I mean if Samsung provides this in their OEM config app, this should be the minimum which has to work, maybe there's an issue to the app or the device (model/firmware). If it's model/firmware issue this could be also the reason for the Mobicontrol APN profile not working.

What Android firmware version is your device running on?
What are the active MDM API's reported in the configuration tab of your device agent or in the web console?
What KNOX run-time libraries are included in the device firmware of your Tab Active 3?
So, even you entered the information into the managed app configuration?
