i would like to know if any member here does have some experience with these device models when used with soti mobicontrol.

since we enrolled them, we have weird issues.

they are all fully managed.

The issues are e.g.

Android Setting "set time automatically" is turned off on some devices.

Beeper volume is very low on some devices.

We also got two devices that where in airplane mode.

We have a soti app package that consists of 3 xml files: DeviceConfig, DataCollectionService, Provisioner

With a post install script to run intend command to these files.

This executes xml files on the devices and sets the OEM settings from them. The provisioner window is also shown when run.

Additionally we have a profile with lockdown and feature control. Lockdown is preventing users to go outside or open quick menu. In feature control everything is active.

Before we enrolled to soti we used the same xml files. The xml settings had to be inserted by scanning a provisioner QR code made from these xml files.

Instead of lockdown we used the honeywell launcher.

In this previous scenario we did not have any of the above mentioned issues.
