Not sure what kind of keyboard they use, so you may look into 2 things:

1. Check this for the used keyboard: https://sps-support.honeywell.com/s/article/Android-Honeywell-Enhanced-Virtual-Keyboard
2. Check the OEM config app from Honeywell if they provide something to disable it.
