Deletion of devices not possible

Hello folks,

The maintenance on our Mobi Control has expired. Since then, it is no longer possible to delete devices. This function is very important when changing systems in order to maintain an overview.
Does anyone have any idea why this function is deactivated?

Is it just the maintenance expired or the general license?
If the general license is expired, i guess this is expected bahvior.

Your SOTI MobiControl maintenance and support subscription expired on 2025-02-28.

As we never had this kind of message, check your license in the console and there should be stated something like "Your subscription period expires on: MONTH xxth, YEAR".
If only your message appears, i guess your overall license expired, means you need to buy a new one to work further with your system.

A recomment to contact the Soti support or maybe reseller about it.

As Rafael mentioned, it seems your license has been expired and in order to renew the same, kindly reach out to SOTI Support (support@soti.net) to open a new case and one of our support engineer will be there to assist you.
