Can't delete devices that were wiped from the device end.

I have several Zebra devices that were wiped from the device side with the un-enroll from MobiControl.  This was during the Proof of Concept.  When I try to delete them, I get an error message saying 'Error sending delete action'?.

How do I get these out of the system, they are consuming licenses.

Unfortunately, I can't help you here. From what I see, you have a cloud instance. You might want to consult SOTI support.

Hi Paul,

You can raise a support ticket with SOTI and provide them the device IDs (If you can access the device details tab) and they can remove them from the system.

In the past I have had issues deleting devices from the web console, but this was on an much older version

If you are unable to delete the devices from MobiControl and they are still consuming licenses, we recommend logging a support case with SOTI. Please provide the device IDs (if accessible from the device details tab) so our team can assist you in removing them from the system.
