How do I get an unenrolled device back into MobiControl?

I have a Zebra MC930B scanner that was not getting the proper policies and applications, so I unenrolled it, then deleted it from the WebConsole and then did a device / application reset. Now when I go to enroll, I get the following: Enrollment Failed. How do I get it back into the system?

Do you have v15.3.x? If so it is likely an issue with your version of MobiControl. You will likely need to contact support and have them remove the record of the device from the DB before it can be then re-enrolled.

It sounded like the device has not been unenrolled or deleted properly from the database. As per Matt Dermod's advice, please raise a support case to investigate the issue further.
