we are setting up offices where we want to configure devices using ZeroTouch. We have a Staging WLAN for internet access and an 802.1x WLAN for internal communication. Our goal is to bring the devices into the Staging WLAN where they receive their ZeroTouch configuration. After that, they should connect to our On-Premises Server so that Soti can issue them the WLAN certificate for the 802.1x network, enabling them to switch to the internal network.

The issue we're facing is that although the devices successfully connect to the Staging WLAN and the ZeroTouch setup works, they are not establishing a connection to our Soti server. I have set up ZeroTouch on the Soti server, and I believe it's configured correctly.

Soti Mobicontrol Version is 15.6.5.

Is it possible to confiure the Onpremserver so, that he can communicate with the mobicontrolapp on the devices with a network, that has no access to my intern Network?
