Hi Julia,

Could we have some more context around this please, as onedrive really isn't the right place to store OS updates on, not to mention security policies may block the ability for anything to be downloaded from that location directly. SOTI is quite capable of hosting the OS update file itself and transfering this to your devices (providing were not talking about some sort of network constraints).

What sort of devices is this for?

How many devices are you looking to update the OS on?

Are your devices split across different sites on wifi networks, or on cellular all over the place?

This update would go to TC78 Scanners out in the field, some on Cellular and some on WiFi.  There are about 92 and are all at one site that will need to be done, however they have to be done at different times due to use and shifts.

Hi Julia,

you could use the file sync rule functionality from MobiControl.
With this you can also control date and time to transfer the update.
Afterwards you can execute the update with the script "install_system_update /sdcard/"Path""
I think this would be the easiest version for you to perform updates on the regular base.
Otherwise use Zebra LifeGuard OTA if it's possible on your side.
