Automatic MobiControl Agent Permission OEMConfig

Hello everyone, I would like to know if it is possible to automatically approve the authorizations that MobiControl requests using OEMConfig. In my case it is about Zebra and Samsung devices. 
Have any of you had any experience with this?

In case of Samsung (latest KSP + Android), tested only on Samsung A34 EE:

  • Device-wide policies (Selectively applicable to Fully Manage Device (DO) or Work Profile-on company owned devices (WP-C) mode as noted)  -> Enable device policy controls
  • Device-wide policies (Selectively applicable to Fully Manage Device (DO) or Work Profile-on company owned devices (WP-C) mode as noted)  -> Enable device policy controls -> Enable permission controls
  • Permission Controls -> Permission Policy -> Notification access -> net.soti.mobicontrol.androidwork/net.soti.mobicontrol.notification.SotiStatusBarNotificationListenerService
  • Permission Controls -> Permission Policy -> everything except Notification access -> net.soti.mobicontrol.androidwork/net.soti.mobicontrol.ui.MainActivity

But I think I remember that you still need to grant (if needed) storage permissions but i would recommend to test it without first and check if you still need to request it or if it just works.

I hope i didn't miss something.

In case of Zebra, i have only old ones using plugins.

Could you please elaborate on the specific permissions you are requesting? Additionally, please clarify if you are seeking information related to the topic shown in the screenshot. Explain in detail what permissions you need and where exactly in MobiControl the permissions are being requested

Hi Pavan, 

when you enroll devices into MobiControl. 
Zebra is asking for changing system settings and also notification settings. 
On Samsung devices it is a bunch of permission which the MobiControl agent ask for. 
I just wanted to know if it's possible to automate this process of granting permissions.

Hello Leon,

The permissions should be granted when the plugin is installed. So make sure the option to Deploy Latest Plugins to Device is enabled in the enrollment policy.

For Samsung devices with Knox there is no need of plugin so that will happen automatically.

I am searching for the same with Zebra devices. 
Even if I install the plugin there are still some permissions I have to allow.
