Hello,

after updating MobiControl to version 2025.0.1.1164, I have a problem enrolling Datalogic Skorpio X5 devices.
Symptom:
After downloading and installing the AE agent, the agent only connects to MobiControl briefly and then disconnects again.
This happens cyclically.
The device is shown as offline in MobiControl.
The DeploymentServer log file shows this error message.

Hi Alfred,

I had the same issue with some different vendors.
Things you need to do:
Enroll the device without installing the RC plugin.
Change the "Deploy latest plugins to device" option in the enrollment policy to disable.
Install the RC plugin as a package on the device.

Your device should work afterwards.
This bug will be fixed in v2025.0.2 or 2025.1

Hi Leon,

i can confirm that it works as you described.

Now I can roll the devices into soti. I hope the error will be fixed soon.

Thank you for the quick help.
