Yes there is a way to schedule a "soft reset' of an Android Device using MobiControl. You can use a script with our task scheduler to accomplish this in MobiControl.

I assume it's a Samsung device (because of the UI)?
You should take a look into the OEM config (Knox service Plugin) of Samsung but a short run through seem not to provide what you are looking for. Maybe ask Samsung to add this setting being available in a future version to define the auto reboot settings otherwise you can use the solution Soti Support mentioned above.
