We need to be able to add a user guide to our iPads. It is not a document that can be publicly available online so a webclip to it online isn't possible.
Is there a way for us to access a password protected online file storage? Or is there a way to upload a file to the device using Mobicontrol and make it easy for the users to find? (e.g. button on home screen)
We may be required to update the document from time to time.
MobiControl Content library is a good and readily available candidate solution that is much simpler and cheaper to set up compared to the more secure solution using Soti Hub. However, end-user need to go to the content library tab within MobiControl device agent to access the file, rather than a shortcut on the device homescreen. Though there is no password protection on individual content item, any updated version can be automatically pushed onto the device under MobiControl administrator control.
