Hi Roger,

Have you enabled LDAP Integration? This settings allows directory services such as LDAP to authenticate and authorize users to the MobiControl Web Console.

This setting can be found in Global Settings-->Console Security Settings-->LDAP Integration

If this setting is not enabled, please enable it and try logging into the Web Console again using your AD credentials.
