How to enable or allow to user mobicontrol.
Depends on how you manage those users.
Do you have it connected to an idp or just using the default users?
If not connected to an idp, you have to go to the users and permissions tab to add a new user and grant permissions to him/her.

there is no option permission.
i created new user i give him admin rights, and then he login successfully then he click mobicontrol s117116 and showing this error you do not have permission to access the MobiControl Web Console.

How did you gave him admin rights (did you add him to the Mobicontrol Administrators Role)?
I don't know what "mobicontrol s117116" is, but i assume it's a device?
You have to grant user "general permissions" and "Device group permissions" or just add him to the correct Role.

No, still not able to download, not sur eif this is related to the new forum here or network restrictions.
But in general, the mobicontroal administrators are allowed to do everything, so just grant again all permissions and then create a new role for this user and step-by step granting/revoking permissions until he has those he should have.
