Hi

I have an issue with work mode in lockdown. We have installed the intune ( company portal ), but we can't open office apps ( outlook, teams ) via lockdown. I had an error "Package not found", but I see there apps without lockdown. Do you have any idea in this case? It's important for our company.

Android Enterprise.

Hello Michal,

Thank you for your post, is the device enrolled as Work Managed device or Work Profile?

Hi

Thanks for your response.

I didn't create Google Account. I had an error message "Package not found" after I had tried to login to company portal.

I didn't see applications on lockdown. If I remove lockdown, it works.

Hello Michal,

Thank you for your response, as per your screenshot, you have only 4 things added in your Work profile container.

Which means, you can only add those apps in the lockdown.

If you want any other application to be added in the Work profile container, it has to be pushed using Application Catalog rule by selecting Android binding and approving those apps in Managed Play store.

Please follow below link to get better understanding on 'How to push apps using Managed Google Play Store'

https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v15.0/en/console/reference/dialogs/rules/appcatalog/androidplus/appcatalog_addedit_googlework_androidplus.html

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

But I don't know how we can configure bindings.
