We have multiple APKs from different Companys that do development for us, we can not longer upload due to mobicontrol not recognizing them as valid application Files.
We are on Version 2026.0.0.58828 when we first encountered the issue,
recreating what mobicontrol would do automatically with the package studio solves the problem and we can update these apps.
Anyelse encountering these issues? Solution?

First of all, newest version is 2026.0.1, not 2026.0.0 just to sort out others being confused.
I haven't uploaded any app since we are on 2026.0.1 yet but will have a look if i fond one to try out.
I was able without issue on 2026.0.1 to upload an apk to the now called "enterprise app store" which then can be used in an app policy.
So, now the question is, is it a bug in 0.0 or in the apk.
We are not using App Policys and Enterprise App Store, we uploaded the APKs directly as Packages.
ah ok, we do other way around to have configurations seperated from app deployment ;)
I have an environment on 2026.0.1 and haven't ran into any APK direct upload as Packages yet. Is there any consistent pattern with what APKs are failing vs succeeding?
Basically all worked before the update to 2026.0.0 and now Not a single APK is directly uploadable.
I tested on 2026.0.1 for the package upload now as well, and same as Matt, no issues yet.
