Hi, we upgraded to the latest version of version 13 yesterday which was 13.4.0.5290 (January 25, 2019). On the website it states that version 13 Device Agent System Requirements on Android needs to be Android 4.0 and above. We have Motorola devices using Android 4.1.2 but after the upgrade on the server I tried to update the Agent on the Motorola devices and it wouldn’t let me because the software was invalid device software version.
Has anyone any experience in this?

You might be facing this issue due to unavailability of the latest agent for the Motorola devices in the database. There is a process called Agent injection that needs to be performed on your database to add the latest agent of the respective manufacturer on your environment.I will suggest getting a support case open regarding the issue so that we can investigate and try to provide a possible solution.
