that is a request to the Professional Service.
They are Assist & helping you with the Migration to an other Server Instance.
Plus move the Devices from the Old to the New Server.
From Personal Experience Upgrade before to 2024.0.1
There is the Option to export the Created Profiles - but !! without the included Packages.
That makes it much more easier, when all needs to be reconfigured in the New Server.
Migrating an existing MobiControl implementation to another hardware is doable, but needs lots of expertise and experience to cater for different factors specific to the case. I reckon you cannot get any single documentation that can cover all areas for you to proceed yourself. Also, mistakes made in some of the critical steps can potentially cause some or all enrolled devices to become out of control. It is not worth the risk to try out on a production system yourself.
If done correctly, the migration will be seamless with all devices remaining in full control and all policies and data intact. Thus, there is no need to do any profile import/export, nor is there any need to get a temporary registration key.
