The syntax would be %CustomAttr:AttributeName% but i'm not sure if you can use it there.

But why you would need this? If you don't want them to unenroll devices, just revoke this permission.

As far as I know, custom attribute macro is not supported in email message associated with alert rule.

Unfortunately using custom attributes in the email body associated with alert rules may not always be feasible. Instead, you can utilize macros provided on the create alert rule page, located near the subject bar, for details such as hardware serial number and source within the email body.

A possible workaround for preventing users from unenrolling will be to disable this option in the advanced configurations. Navigate to Agent settings --> Prevent unenrollment from device agent.

For this to take effect, an authentication payload is required on the device, which can be set up under profile configurations-->security-->Authentication
