Have you checked Zebra's Mobility Extensions (MX) documentation for their TC56/57 devices? You should be able to find the how to configure the OEM specific device settings you are interested in with an XML configuration file. After preparing your XML configuration file, you can use MobiControl mxconfig script command for deployment to your targeted devices.
