SOTI Surf remove forward, back and home buttons

Hello,

My pre-sales engineer setup our SOTI Surf to have a forward back and home soft buttons at the bottom of the screen on Surf.

We would like to remove it, but I can't find the setting anywhere.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

What are the version and build numbers of your Soti Surf browser?

What about those for your MobiControl server and device agent.

Could you upload screenshot(s) that shows the soft- buttons you mentioned about?

Hi Cameron,

Thank you for your post on SOTI Central.

Depending on the version of MobiControl, agent version and Surf version, It is possible to hide the navigation buttons of SOTI Surf via the Profile.

You will need to find the profile that has SOTI Surf configuration, edit this profile.

The Screenshot reference below is for MobiControl v 15.5.x;

Scroll down under the "General" pane of SOTI Surf profile, you should see the option to hide top and bottom buttons. Toggle the button as needed.

If devices have Lockdown configuration, be sure to navigate to Kiosk Mode and toggle on "Enable Kiosk Mode" then Save & Assign to devices.
