When I install MobiControl I no longer have access for the Network Rating Provider on our TC20s and this disables our ability to Turn on Wi-Fi automatically. We've had a lot of problems with our TC20s dropping network connection and not reconnecting. I felt like this was possibly the issue. We don't have any problems with any other wireless devices on the network other than these TC20s
Assuming you're using AEDO, How did you enroll them? Did you use the DPC identifier by chance (i.e. afw#mobicontrol)?
I have a feeling that you're dealing with issues that spawn from a lot of the Zebra system applications being blacklisted as a result of that mechanism for AEDO enrollment. If you were to unenroll, factory reset, then re-enroll using QR or NFC via Stage Programmer or barcode scan via Zebra StageNow (recommended!) you'll find that the system applications are left enabled and available after enrollment.
