We will soon be accessing our AS400 via the web.  Right now I have Soti Surf set up to point to the URL and it works fine.  The problem I have is if they need to open a 2nd instance of this website.  I tried making 2 different icons point the same URL in the catalog.  If I do this and am signed into the first one, the second I hit the back button (or home in the browser), it signs me out of the 1st one.  I need to remain signed in while I access the 2nd URL.

I also tried creating 2 different instances of Soti Surf on my Lockdown page.  If I log into the first one and click Home (android) and access the 2nd one, it doesn't give me another instance.  It shows me the same page I am logged into from the 1st one.

It would be nice if I could be logged into it and then have a 2nd tab that I could also log into the same URL.

Any suggestions?  Thank you

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for your question. Would you be using a Lock Down profile by any chance?

In the lockdown profile you can set SOTI Surf as a launch open to direct to your specified url.

When clicking each link, a new tab will be opened. By default configurations, SOTI Surf will allow you to switch between the two tabs. The page loaded on the two tabs should be persistent in the process.

For your particular issue, would it be possible that it is a security setting from the webpage you are using which causes all instances of your login to be signed out at once when you log out?
