We wan't wipe any apple ipods and ipad with ios 12.3.
The ipod connect to mdm server.
Failed with message "Profile Installation Failed. The SCEP server returned an invalid response"
Can you help me.
Please state your problem more clearly, including and not limited to the following:
- Are you experiencing problem with iPod but not with iPAD? Are there any iOS 11.x devices currently enrolled and being managed properly with your MobiControl server?
- Are the problems "consistent AND repeatable" in MULTIPLE/ALL iPod devices that you've tested? If so, how many such devices are there?
- Are there any other iOS12.3 or earlier iOS 12.x devices enrolled and being managed with no problems?
- Have you performed any upgrade to your MobiControl server recently? What about firmware upgrade to your iPod/iPAD devices?
- Is your MobiControl server using any third-party paid SSL certificate from reputable CA vendors?

Did you recently upgrade your Mobicontrol server? Did you recently upgrade the OS of the device? Can you check in your MobiControl Administration Utility Tool under Certificates if your MobiControl Root certificate has a Signature Algorithm of sha256RSA? Please provide us more information so we can better assist you.
