Filter group - Compliance Policy

Hi,

Can anyone see what (if anything) I am doing wrong here.

Parent device group has a compliance policy against it, and so filter group is meant to be "All complaint devices in this parent group."

We can see by the device icon that Device Details recognises that the device is non-compliant, yet appears within the filter group.

Now I have read there are two compliance values in the background. Complaince Status (Depreciated having values of true/False and Compliance Status having values Complaint/Non-complaint/Pending.

Mobicontrol version: 15.6.0.1018

Device: Android 11 - Fully Managed Android Enterprise 

Any hint/tips would be greatly appreciated

I recognized that you have to update the filter (just press enter or save when in the state like shown in your screenshot), wait a moment and refresh.

This will update the view and all should be fine then but never tried this on compliant state.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on the same version of MobiControl as you mentioned in your post, everything worked well on my end.

Please refresh the page, then run the search again by pressing Enter to initiate the search.

HI KCMOD,

I was attempting to use a combination of a filter group and signal to trigger actions.

But the system seems to have some delay in the process so since I have moved away from this.
