We continue to see an error message of "Invalid Credentials" when trying to log in to our MobiControl server. When the user clicks on the Log In button a second time, access is invariably granted. The error logs show:
Our on-prem server is not linked to the SOTI Cloud. I have checked our LDAP server connections which verify the user credentials and nothing seems to be amiss.
Anyone have similar issues or ideas as to what is causing these errors?
Are you using LDAPS or LDAP?
We had similar issues in earlier MC versions with LDAPS where the first logon attempt always failed. After switching to LDAP everything worked again.
