We continue to see an error message of "Invalid Credentials" when trying to log in to our MobiControl server. When the user clicks on the Log In button a second time, access is invariably granted. The error logs show:

Our on-prem server is not linked to the SOTI Cloud. I have checked our LDAP server connections which verify the user credentials and nothing seems to be amiss. 

Anyone have similar issues or ideas as to what is causing these errors?
