I wonder if we are the only ones who can no longer install the AV payload (Bitdefender) on a new device.
@update: the problem has been fixed
I opened a support case on similar issue for my biggest governmental customer 2 days ago. I was told that there are many similar cases with different server versions and devices, and Soti R&D team is actively looking into the real cause of the problem.
The back-end issues causing this seemingly global problem seemed to have been fixed a few days ago. Hope everyone have their problem solved just like my customers.
