Hi all,

During a routine check, I found that the new version is present on only 7% of the devices in the fleet. Does anyone know what could be the cause?

Could anyone else confirm that this update seems "random"?

The support's response confirmed a suspicion I had...

The Bitdefender antivirus versions vary depending on the agent version installed on the device.

Therefore, the version of the Antivirus Payload will depend on the installed agent version.

Hi Remy,

Could you please preliminarily check if the 7%  of devices are among the first batch of devices enrolled to the MobiControl server earlier than the remaining 93%?   If so, you might need to check with Soti support team if the bundled Bitdefender license has been enabled/renewed for your MobiControl instance.

Also, check if the server and firewall has recently been re-configured such that latest patch cannot be accessed and/or downloaded/deployed to more recently targeted devices.
